WEEK 20

Our bible story this week was about Jesus being presented in the temple as a young boy. The kiddos will learn how even as a young child Jesus was listening, learning and wanting to do amazing things.

Our theme this week was winter/snow. The only thing missing this week for our theme to be awesome was real snow. Maybe we will get some soon.

For math the students counted and matched different shaped and colored buttons in a muffin tin.

They had fun playing with cotton balls and trucks. Pretending to be snowplows.

 WEEK 19

Our bible story this week was about the lost sheep. A shepherd lost one of his sheep, he looked everywhere and wouldn't stop till he found it. Then when he found it he celebrated. For us God is the shepherd and we are his sheep. He watches over us always and makes sure we are never lost.

We talked about farm animals this week. We looked at pictures, read books, puzzles and crafts about all the different animals that live on the farm.

The kiddos did a few file folders about farm animals. They counted and matched the pictures.
